5、車間凈化工程內部天花板、空調出風口、頂燈隔罩、高架地板下均需定期仔細清潔，其地面若需打蠟處理，則必須使用防靜電蠟，并嚴格按照計劃及程序逐一細心進行。

6、車間凈化工程清潔工作完成之后，清潔人員需將所有清潔用品及工具收納到指定清潔間之內區別進行存放，以免發生交叉污染，絕對不可隨意亂堆在車間凈化工程之內
